CargoAlert provides container, bill of lading, vessel and tanker tracking, demurrage intelligence, and Telegram alerts. Available coverage depends on the relevant carrier, port, and AIS data provider.
Subscriptions and usage
Subscriptions are monthly with no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Each plan includes a stated container and vessel quota. Usage above that quota may attract overage charges disclosed before they are applied.
Accuracy and liability
Tracking data comes from carriers and AIS providers and is indicative. Delays, gaps, and inaccuracies can occur. CargoAlert is not liable for demurrage, detention, operational decisions, or other commercial losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, tracking data.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the service.
