We collect your name, company, work email, phone number, container and bill of lading numbers, and port information when you enquire, subscribe, or use tracking and alert services.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide tracking, shipment visibility, payment support, and alerts. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Storage and service providers
Data is stored in India. Our sub-processors include Razorpay for payments, Telegram for alerts, and third-party AIS and carrier data providers required to provide vessel and container information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. You may also raise a grievance about how it is handled. Contact sales@cargoalert.in. We will respond in accordance with applicable Indian law.
