Pre-launch pilot deposits are fully refundable if the service is not delivered by the stated launch date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and access continues until that period ends.
